There is so much to be grateful for.
This week, Miles started saying, “I love you too.”
I finished teaching my class at a local university to the most wonderful group of students.
Miles and I decorated our first tree together, in our beautiful little home.
Each day, no matter how high or low, has something good in it. Even if it’s simply your health and having clean water to drink.
This doesn’t mean you have to be blissful, happy, or cheerful each day- being present and paying attention to what is real and true is enough.
What moments are you grateful for this week?
There is enough. We are enough.
Happiness does not need to be found in the highest of moments, it’s right here in front of us if we pay attention.
Happiness is a giggling baby, delighted by new bath crayons.
